Bingo Air Balloons

The optional twist this week for Twisted Thursday, over at The Outlawz, is a "bingo" challenge.

Our sponsor is Stitchy Bear and I found this fun image from Crafty Girl Creations called Air Balloons. I colored the two balloons on the right and added a basket to the bottom one. Then, I printed out the one of the left even larger than the original and popped that one up on foam. All are fussy cut. The background is made by using an embossing folder of clouds. I then covered the clouds with rubber cement as a mask, added Distress inks in Broken China, and then "erased" the glue. I  added some white paint pen to give the clouds some dimension. I also added white pen to the balloons as a highlight. The button holes were filled with Stickles in gold and added to the ribbon on the bottom.

My "bingo" choices were, layers/image/ribbon.
